At Second Family Home Care, we only employ experienced, professional caregivers. Please read over our guidelines and apply if you are qualified.

Employment Guidelines

We believe that hiring and retaining the best caregivers leads to greater
client satisfaction. We only employ experienced personnel. If you are a
competent and compassionate individual seeking work as a caregiver, we would like to hear from you!

All applicants must provide:

  • Photo identification (driver’s license, government-issued ID or student ID)

  • Social security card

  • Proof of auto insurance (if applicable)

  • Personal and work references (with current contact phone numbers)

Second Family Home Care will conduct background checks on all applicants prior to hiring which includes criminal, social security trace, and DMV driving record check. We maintain a zero-tolerance drug policy and all employees are subject to random drug testing.
